Guarantee Policy
What Is Covered
All work by FixLine is guaranteed for the period stated on your invoice, starting from the date of the visit. For jobs that take several days, the period starts on the day the work is finished.
If the same problem returns within this period, we will send a technician to fix it at no extra cost. This covers the labor and any parts we supplied for the original job.
For cleaning jobs, tell us on the day of the visit or the next day if anything was missed and we will come back to clean it again.
What Is Not Covered
- Parts or materials supplied by the customer.
- Misuse, accidental damage, or problems caused by external factors such as power surges, water pressure, or weather.
- Work that someone other than FixLine has changed or repaired after our visit.
- New problems that are not related to the original job.
- Normal wear and consumable items, such as filters and light bulbs.
- Problems the technician pointed out during the visit that you chose not to have fixed.
Manufacturer Warranties
New appliances and parts we supply may also come with a manufacturer's warranty, which is separate from our guarantee and follows the manufacturer's own terms. Keep your invoice. We will help you make a claim with the manufacturer if needed.
How to Make a Claim
To make a guarantee claim, call +961 76 820 999 or message us on WhatsApp with your booking reference. Describe the problem and send photos if you can. Please do not let anyone else work on it first, as this can void the guarantee.
We will book a visit, and the technician will check the problem. If it is covered, we fix it at no cost. If it is not covered, the technician will explain why and give you a price, and nothing is charged without your approval.
If We Cannot Fix It
If the same problem keeps coming back after a guarantee visit, we will agree on a fair solution with you, which may include refunding what you paid for the work.
Your Legal Rights
This guarantee is in addition to your rights under Lebanese law and does not limit them.
